Since learning this life lesson I live by the motto: “The things I am most afraid to do are usually the things I need to do the most.” And funny thing, my life is more full than it has ever been, I've taken risks that have really paid off and I have never been happier.

That's the crazy thing about Truth with a capital T ~ while some of us may share similarities, no two Truths are probably exactly the same. Like snow flakes, really. Each is beautiful, flawless, breath-taking and worthy of notice, respect and care.

I've read many people speak to an awakening or enlightenment that follows a devastating period in their lives that showed up unexpectedly. Like a Dark Night of the Soul, kind of thing. It takes Courage to speak these aspects out loud – and I'm thankful you did.

Rather impressive for a guy who hangs out on Twitter in a fuzzy pink hat …
