The first principle in Living Your Truth is to combine your passion with your skill.

I’ve found that it’s not just about finding your purpose, or “making money from your passion.” To “” is to combine your passion with your marketable skills to create your unique business & ideal lifestyle.

  • I think passion is the key here. You need the passion, but you also need to be skill in your passion or noone will want to listen to what you have to say about that passion.

    Good video!

Thank you so much for posting this video. It has moved me greatly. Your inspiration and energy are a true gift.
  • Ummm, that's a lot of work to get a video up. Can you do a live import in iMovie using a video camera or iSight and cut out the first two steps?
  • lol Jason, that's just because it was originally recorded on ustream as an hour long live video show. I normally just shoot on a flip camera & that's easy to import. I only shared the steps here b/c some of my people like to know what it takes to get different video up. :)
  • I kinda thought that it was a show - it had that feel to it. Well, at least you know how to keep it simple and real. Plus, sometimes, the hard way IS the easy way.
  • Great post! Very informative and helpful… I can see that you put a lot of hard work on your blog, I'm sure I'd visit here more often. Maybe, you want to come by my site too. It's mainly about Do it Yourself Credit Repair . I'm sure you'd find it useful. thanks!
  • If you're curious, here's what I had to do to get this video up here:

    - pulled the flv file off of ustream
    - converted the flv file to mp4 file using iSkysoft Video Converter
    - imported the mp4 file into iMovie 09
    - pulled out & edited this section of video, in iMovie 09
    - exported as m4v file, from iMovie 09
    - converted the m4v file to flv file using On2 Flix Standard
    - upload flv file to amazon s3 & format flv player w/ eZs3.com

Perhaps there is an easier way, but I don't know it yet. ;)
